Consent clause for the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article (7)(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR", I hereby give my consent for Computacenter Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (60-702) at ul. Głogowska 31/33, hereinafter referred to as "Computacenter Poland" or the "Controller" to process my personal data for the purposes of future recruitments at Computacenter Poland Sp. z o.o.

It is not obligatory to give your consent for the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment at Computacenter Poland, however giving your consent makes it possible to keep your application on file for the purposes of future recruitment at Computacenter Poland.

Under the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Computacenter Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (60-702) at ul. Głogowska 31/33, hereinafter referred to as "Computacenter Poland" or the "Controller".

3. Your personal data shall be processed for recruitment purposes at Computacenter Poland in accordance with Article 221 of the Labour Code and under Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent, Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR, i.e. the fulfilment of statutory obligations imposed upon the Controller and Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, i.e. the performance of the Controller`s legitimate interests.
4. In the case that you give additional and voluntary consent, your personal data shall be processed for the purposes of future recruitments at Computacenter Poland in accordance with Article 221 of the Labour Code and Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent and the performance of the Controller's legitimate interests.
5. You shall have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
6. Your personal data shall be processed for recruitment purposes until the end of the recruitment process or until the withdrawal of the consent. In the case of consent for personal data processing for the purposes of future recruitments, your personal data shall be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
7. You shall have the right to demand access to your personal data, rectify and erase your personal data, limit the processing of your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data, and transfer your personal data.
8. You shall have the right to file a complaint about data processing with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
9. This is to inform you that the recipients of your personal data shall include:
   a) entities processing data on behalf of the Controller and participating in the performance of the Controller`s activities:
        I. suppliers of IT systems and IT services
   b) bodies authorised to receive your data under the provisions of law.
10. We inform you that your personal data may be transferred to a third country.
11. Providing data is voluntary, but the failure to do so will make it impossible to take part in recruitment processes.
